2. Eligibility for Returns We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following limited conditions:

  • You must contact our support team to request a return within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition it was received.
  • All original tags, protective packaging, dust bags, and boxes must be fully intact and unblemished.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items To maintain hygiene and quality standards for all AVYNTA customers, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes.
  • Any item exhibiting signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
  • Requests made outside the 24-hour delivery window.

4. Return Process & Shipping To initiate an eligible return, please contact us for authorization before sending any items back.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

5. Store Credit & Exchanges In the event that an item is eligible for return, AVYNTA does not issue cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit for the value of the item (minus any shipping costs). This credit can be applied toward any future AVYNTA purchase. Alternatively, we may offer a direct exchange for a different item of equal value, subject to inventory availability.
